We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order! We want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.

Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our central warehouse is located in Asia — please take this into account regarding the shipping costs involved. The cost of a return shipment is typically between $20 and $40. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we cannot accept liability for lost return shipments.

Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact us Send an email to info@donnellybowral.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Ship your parcel Once you have received instructions from us, send the items back to the address we provide. Make sure to choose a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, so we strongly recommend a trackable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive your refund Once we have received your return in perfect condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider a purchase. Please note, however, that cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

Important Notes

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product must show no signs of use.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if we have reason to believe that the items have been used or damaged outside of our control.
• All returns are shipped at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in Asia. If the return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fees. The exact fee depends on the shipping carrier you choose.
